For AI integrators white label, engineering support and channel protection — per project

We work with system integrators who deliver AI projects to their own customers and carry responsibility for the outcome. We join as a technical subcontractor: we do not approach your customer directly or offer our services around you.

Context

Why AI projects stall after the prototype

An integrator already has the customer, the contract and the accountability. What is usually missing is capacity, a repeatable deployment procedure and documents the security team will accept.

01

Data has to stay inside the perimeter

The customer will not move data to an external environment. Deployment therefore happens on their own hardware, not in someone else's cloud.

Solved by a private installation and a data-flow diagram agreed upfront.
02

A pilot must reach production

A prototype answers questions; production answers to load, failures and operating procedures. Most of the work sits between those two points.

A load-test record, acceptance criteria and operating instructions are required.
03

The customer asks for paperwork

Security and legal teams ask for the architecture, the list of accesses and closing documents. Without them the project does not clear approval.

Document set and contract form are fixed before work starts.
Engagement models

Three ways to work together

You choose how deeply we are involved. The responsibility boundary is written into the contract.

ModelWhat we doWhat stays with you
White label Deployment, configuration, documentation and reports without our branding Customer contract, project management, first-line support
Technical subcontractor Installation, load testing, operating procedures, handover Commercial terms, approvals, customer acceptance
Joint pilot Test bench, load-test record, technical conclusion The decision to scale and the target architecture

We do not take projects that only need an API key, with no infrastructure and no intention of reaching production operation. We will say so in our reply.

Process

Four steps, each with a deliverable

Every step produces a document, not a status update.

01

Scope

Use cases, data requirements, infrastructure constraints.

Output: scenario list and data-flow diagram
02

Solution and estimate

Architecture, equipment list, stated assumptions.

Output: solution design and estimate with explicit assumptions
03

Pilot

Test bench, load tests, recorded metrics.

Output: load-test record and acceptance criteria
04

Handover

Installation, team briefing, operating procedures.

Output: acceptance act and the full instruction set
Channel protection

Your customer stays yours

What we put in the contract

We do not approach your customer directly or offer our services around you. All materials, reports and accesses are handed to you. If a project requires our engineer to join a meeting with the customer, that is agreed in advance and written into the contract.

What we do not promise: lead volume, a percentage of cost reduction, or hardware delivery dates before the configuration is confirmed. Those depend on the project, and quoting them in advance would not be honest.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can we get the materials under our own brand?
Yes. Documentation, test reports and instructions are delivered without our branding. You add your own name and logo.
Do you work with the customer directly?
No. All communication goes through you. Our engineer may join a customer meeting only by prior agreement, recorded in the contract.
How are payments and documents handled?
Per project. The contract form, acceptance procedure and the set of closing documents are agreed before work begins; specific terms depend on the contracting entity and jurisdiction.
Can we start with a pilot without buying hardware?
Yes, provided the scenario allows a bench in our environment. If the customer data includes personal data, the pilot moves inside their perimeter — that is a separate configuration.
What do you need from us to start?
The scenario, data requirements, infrastructure constraints and the desired timeline. That is enough to propose an engagement model and a plan. Write to batony@agent.qq.com.
