Privacy policy

1. General

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit aiokeys.com or write to the address in section 12, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long it is kept.

The policy is drafted to meet the requirements of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and is published openly in line with part 2 of article 18.1 of that law.

2. Who the operator is

The operator is AIOT LINK LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Business registration number: 80300856-000-04-26-9. Address: Room 1801, 18/F, 303 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

AIO Keys is the brand this company operates under. The operator is not a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation and has no representative office in Russia. A copy of the registration certificate is available on request.

3. What data is processed

There are no contact or sign-up forms on this site: nothing is collected automatically through the site. Only the data you send yourself by writing to the address in section 12 is processed:

  • the name you give;
  • your email address;
  • company and job title, if you include them;
  • the content of your message and any attachments.

The server additionally keeps technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL and browser details. These logs keep the site running and protect it from automated abuse.

We do not process special categories of personal data or biometric data. Please do not send them.

4. Purposes

  • replying to your enquiry and clarifying the task;
  • preparing a technical assessment and a commercial proposal;
  • concluding and performing a contract, including post-launch support;
  • keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.

Data is not used for advertising, profiling or automated decisions with legal consequences.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (item 1, part 1, article 6 of 152-FZ). Consent is given by sending the email: you provide the data voluntarily and on your own initiative.

For data needed to conclude and perform a contract, the basis is item 5, part 1, article 6 of 152-FZ.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses no web analytics, advertising pixels or visit counters. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.

The interface language is determined by the page address, not by a cookie: switching language requires no cookies and creates none.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties, except where it is required to run the service:

  • infrastructure and email providers that keep the site and correspondence running, to the extent needed for those functions;
  • cases expressly required by law, on a reasoned request from an authorised body.

Data is never shared for advertising, never added to mailing lists and never used to build profiles.

8. Cross-border transfer and data location

Processing takes place outside the Russian Federation: the site is hosted on a server in Indonesia and the mailbox is served by an email provider whose servers are also outside Russia.

Part 5 of article 18 of 152-FZ requires the recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of Russian citizens' personal data to use databases located in Russia. That test is not tied to where the company is registered: what matters is whether the data of Russian citizens is collected deliberately.

This site has no data-collection forms and keeps no databases: information arrives only in email correspondence that you start yourself. We do not build a database out of that correspondence, in Russia or anywhere else.

Where a project requires processing exclusively on Russian territory, it is delivered in the on-premise format: computation runs on your infrastructure, data never leaves your perimeter and the operator gets no access to it.

9. Retention

  • enquiries that do not lead to a contract — 12 months from the last message;
  • contract documents — for the period set by the contract and by accounting law;
  • technical server logs — no longer than 30 days.

Once the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted unless another lawful basis for keeping it exists.

10. Your rights

You may:

  • request information about the processing of your personal data (article 14 of 152-FZ);
  • ask for data to be corrected, blocked or deleted where it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or obtained unlawfully (articles 20 and 21 of 152-FZ);
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • complain to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

Requests go to the address in section 12 in any form. They are handled within the period set by law, as a general rule 10 working days from receipt.

11. Security measures

We minimise: only the data needed to answer your enquiry is processed. Correspondence is accessible only to the staff preparing the reply. Traffic between your browser and the site runs over TLS. Data is never placed in public repositories or published in open reports.

13. Changes to this policy

The current version is always available at aiokeys.com/en/privacy/. The revision date is shown at the top of the page. If the way we process data changes, the new version is published here before the change takes effect.
